Plan Ahead for Meals During the Conference
We’re excited to welcome you to the conference! Please note that the hotel is not within walking distance of any restaurants, and due to our full schedule, there won’t be time to leave the venue and drive or Uber/Lyft to a restaurant without missing sessions.
To make your stay more comfortable, we recommend stopping at a store on your way in to pick up snacks, drinks, or quick meals to stock your in-room mini fridge.
Here’s what to expect for food options onsite:
The hotel restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner, but closed at lunch.
The Grab & Go Café in the hotel lobby is open all day and offers light bites, drinks, and snacks.
Boxed lunches for Wednesday and Thursday are available for pre-purchase when you register online—we highly recommend this option to ensure you have a midday meal without missing any sessions. These must be purchased by January 12th.
